Illustrator Dawn Phillips: Council Bluffs, Iowa, United States; The Best Selling Illustrator Dawn M Phillips resides in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management at Bellevue University in NE, an Associates of Fine Arts Degree at University of Nebraska at Omaha, Technical Degree in Graphic Art/Advertising with additional Courses in Computer Visual Imaging. She’s credited for her creative skills as an Illustrator of several Children’s Magazines, Published Children’s Books and Cover Designs. She's recognized for her unique colorful style, whimsical scenery, captivating character expressions that give humor and fascination to her illustrations. In 2013, she became a "Best Selling Illustrator" of "Victoria the Vampire" and "Zelda the Zombie" by Best Selling Author Amelia Picklewiggle. "Peter the Pumpkin" became a Best Seller by Author PA Cadaver, and she was credited for the Cover Art. Best Selling Illustrator Dawn Phillips contracted with Agent Fabulous "Iris Ayers-Ayers Entertainment", in 2013.
